Kristy is a dedicated real estate professional who genuinely enjoys meeting new people and helping them find the right place to call home. With an associate’s degree in business management and specialized training in new-home sales, she brings both strong communication skills and a deep understanding of contracts and timelines to every transaction.

Before becoming a licensed Realtor®, Kristy worked for four years as a new-home sales escrow coordinator and office manager, successfully closing more than 250 homes and coordinating high-value contracts with precision and care. That background means your paperwork, deadlines, and details are handled with the same level of attention she’d give her own move.

Outside of real estate, Kristy pours into her community—coaching little league, serving as business manager for a 10U Douglas Tigers Pop Warner team, and training to become a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in Douglas County. When she isn’t working or volunteering, you’ll find her four-wheeling, camping, or boating with family and friends.
